If you love coffee then you probably love white russians. At least I do! I used to have something similar in Barbados known as ‘White Cow’ and used Tia Maria instead of Kahlua with a splash of cream or milk – I don’t remember exactly but they were so good!
This cocktail usually consists of coffee liquor, vodka and a splash of cream.
I decided to mix coffee liquor with a hint of Baileys. I substituted cream with half and half and then topped it with whipped cream, a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa and a tiramisu filled wafers to stir the drink.
It was so easy to prepare and so delicious I thought I would share it with you guys.

White Russian Cocktail Dessert
A delicious combination of dessert and a cocktail. Coffee liquor, cream liquor, half and half, topped with whipped cream and unsweetened cocoa. Stirred with a tiramisu filled waffer!
Ingredients
- 2 oz of Coffee Liquor or Kahlua
- 1 oz of Cream Liquor or Baileys
- 2 oz of Half and Half
- Whipped Cream - I used Reddi Whip
- 1/4 tsp of Unsweetened Cocoa
- Wafers filled with Chocolate or Tiramisu
Instructions
- Fill a glass with crushed ice
- Pour Coffee liquor and Cream liquor
- Add half and half
- Garnish with Reddi Whip and dust unsweetened cocoa on top
- Stir with chocolate filled wafer
