These strawberry mango coolers are the perfect summer drink. Sweet fresh strawberries mixed with mango purée and citrus flavor soda with a delicious and fresh aftertaste. Perfect to quench your summer thirst.
Summer is probably my favorite season. I love all that summer brings, from fresh and delicious cherries, strawberries, figs, and all the warm weather.
We love California Pizza Kitchen, their thin-crust Margherita Pizza is one of my favorites. They also have these fresh strawberry mango coolers that inspired me to create my own.

What you need to make strawberry mango coolers
- Fresh strawberries
- Mango purée, I used Monin (not sponsored)
- Citrus-flavored soda or citrus-flavored sparkling water
- Ice
- Lime, optional
How to make strawberry mango coolers
These coolers are extremely easy to make.
Start by placing 3 to 4 strawberries, quartered in a glass with the mango purée.
Using the toothed part of a cocktail muddler start pressing and twisting gently 3 to 4 times in different places in the bottom of the glass. You could use a cocktail mixer and shake the strawberries and mango purée vigorously with ice.
I prefer to use the muddler and get all the juices and flavors off the strawberries and mix them well with the mango.
For serving, place the strawberry-mango mixture in the bottom of the glass.
I like to fill up the glass with ice and add slices of strawberries and lime.
Pour the soda and garnish with slices of strawberries and lime.
You can make your own mango purée (recipe in notes) or you can perfectly use store-bought mango purée. I frequently use store-bought, I have it at home since I also use it for other recipes – iced tea, dressings, etc.
This is a very refreshing and light drink to enjoy during these summer days. It could very quickly become a cocktail if you add a shot of vodka, gin, or your favorite liquor.
If you want more refreshing drink ideas, you should definitely try my fresh cherry coolers.

I am so not down for longer summers (too hot!) but I am totally down for these coolers! Mango and strawberry sound like the perfect mix, and your photos have once again gotten me sold! I have too many ‘to make’ recipes from this site now haha. I also love the separate recipe layout. How’d you do that!?!?

Thank you Hayley! Here in SF summer has been really exceptional this year, mid 70s during the day! The separate recipe format comes with my layout, it is a code or an application within program. I think that the program is called Genesis? Let me know if you want me to get more information and I will find out:)
